Application Systems Analyst

The Application Systems
Analyst is responsible for analysing business needs and processes and providing
application level system support to ensure that the payments system functions
to optimal service levels to meet the Bank’s and stakeholders needs.
The role will work closely with other Application Systems Analysts, as well as Technical Advisers and Analysts to enhance the operations of the payments systems. It will also work closely with vendors and industry participants on all system changes, issues, procedure updates and training.

The Application System Analyst role involves shift work and an on call component.
You will have a sound background in desktop support, application and infrastructure support in a complex corporate environment. You will be organised and articulate at communicating with internal and external stakeholders in both technical and business terms. You have a willingness to drive high quality outcomes while embracing innovation and futuristic payments.
