Flexibility and work/life balance
What does work/life balance mean to you? Join the team and you’ll have the flexibility to support your interests and your whanau or simply do the things you love outside of work. Whether that means working flexible or reduced working hours, working outside regular working hours or working from home, we’ll find a solution that works for you and for us.
Five weeks annual leave and flexi leave
We offer five weeks paid annual leave each year plus employees can buy up to an extra three weeks of flexi leave each calendar year. The cost of each additional week’s leave is 2% of your total remuneration.
Working from home equipment subsidy
We’ll contribute up to $800 for equipment to help you set up a safe and functional home office. This benefit is available to permanent employees and fixed term employees with an employment agreement of 12 months or more.
Comprehensive wellness package
We have a substantial wellbeing package to help support you. This includes 15 days wellness leave per year, reimbursement of up to $500 each financial year to spend on your wellness, annual health checks, EAP support services, discounted medical insurance and more.
KiwiSaver
We contribute an employer subsidy to KiwiSaver for eligible employees, matching and exceeding legislative requirements.

We offer a range of learning and development opportunities to grow, connect, learn and experience. with an average of 20 hours’ training for everyone each year.
Generous parental leave
Expecting mums and dads are provided five days of paid leave (at the time of birth or adoption), and a one-off additional five days of wellness leave upon return. We offer an ex-gratia payment of 11 weeks remuneration for eligible employees who return from at least three months approved parental leave.
