The role

As the Procurement Coordinator, you will play an integral part in our procurement function by managing our contracts management system and providing support on procurement process and projects. You will support our Procurement Adviser in providing an effective and efficient procurement service to the Bank. This fast paced role allows you the ability to make a difference in the Bank, as you support business divisions during their procurement journeys. 

About you

You’ll have a sound understanding of the procurement process, ideally within the government environment.

Your strong relationship management skills will see you confidently providing support to people at all levels at the Bank.  With excellent attention to detail, time management and organising skills you will be ready to get stuck in and deliver a variety of work.

You will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working in a procurement or commercial environment, where you will have built up exceptional customer service skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and processes to ensure that the procurement function is of the highest quality.
